HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
1) Get a Reading Log from the Librarian.
2) Check out some books & start reading!
3) Every 20 minutes of reading, FILL IN CIRCLE.
4) Log 10 sessions (circles) in a row & show Librarian.
5) Get a Prize. Plus a Grand Prize Raffle Ticket.
6) Come to Thursday Storytime & get a Raffle Ticket
7) Grand Prizes announced Thursday, August 1st.
Hello Blue! Happy Retirement Connie
On Feb. 15th, 2024, we celebrated our long-time librarian Connie Acker. Connie stepped down from her leadership role Dec. 2023. Blue Cutler is the new Branch Librarian. Connie and Melissa are happy substitutes, as needed. We thank them and all our volunteers / friends for serving our community.

NEW HOURS OF OPERATION
As of Tuesday, September 2025, the Alberton Public Library is open two days a week: Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.
ALBERTON LIBRARY WINS GRANTS
The Mineral Independent in June highlighted the success of Librarian Blue Cutler and the Mineral County Public Library in securing grants from the Pilcrow Foundation, Blackfoot Communications and the Town Pump for the Alberton Branch Library. Read the news here.
